Mauds Café

A walk through the picturesque seaside village of Howth would not be complete without a visit to Mauds. Here you can cool down and escape the heat with a scoop or two of our famous ice creams in many different flavours.

While Mauds specialty is Ice Cream it also has some tasty food on the menu. We serve a seafood soup with fresh local catch that is very popular with locals and visitors alike.

Mauds is also an ideal place to stop for a coffee with a choice of delicious desserts and confectionaries on offer.

If you have the children in tow then Mauds is the place to relax while they gorge on the succulent ice cream available.
